Positive: Convenient drive from Grand Canyon South Rim. Owner gave clear instructions on how to get there. You essentially get two ensuite bedrooms, which is good for a night's rest. The surroundings were quiet.

Negative: As other reviews have noted, the windows to the rooms do not lock. The shower area was also tight even for smaller folks.
