Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The accommodations were excellent, the riverview and overall condition of the condo was superb. We enjoyed the hottub and pool.

Negative: Twice I emailed the host company requesting a second parking permit and never received a response. The elevator was out of order the last four days of our stay which made it more difficult to get all of our luggage to the vehicle upon departure. I called the elevator company to notify them of the outage after the second day, they said this was the first time they were made aware of the problem. The main office was of no assistance in either matter, stating are not responsible for the individual condo's, just the shared spaces.

Summary: We really liked our condo and will probably return, but will get more specific answers before return
