About the condo:
Deauville Lake Club amenities include two pools, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, barbecue grills, and two community rooms with daily activities (BINGO, card games, etc.) Although the community is centrally located, it has a feel of being in a secluded area with lots of pine trees and other foliage.
Parking: One reserved covered parking space with other guest spots available.
NOTE: Our HOA requires a background check and application for all rentals prior to approval.
