For those who want to explore a bit further afield, there is plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property, including The Big Sheep, or The Milky Way family adventure parks, or visit the historic port town of Bideford, or the pretty fishing village of Appledore, all of which are within 10.5 miles of the property.
Upon entering this spacious bungalow, into the hallway you will head through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, this superb living space has ample comfortable seating, a Smart TV making this a truly relaxing space. French doors open out onto the garden from the lounge area.
