Full service kitchen with gas stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Separate dining area seats 6 with 2 at a small bar table. WiFi and TV with Firestick, 2 other TVs with DVD players, small gas grill. Back yard is shared with first floor unit. Pet friendly, only one small or medium sized dog allowed, under 25 pounds, call first. There is a one time fee of $50.00 for one dog. GUESTS MUST BE 30 YEARS OLD OR OLDER. Families only.
