The two-vehicle carport entry and elevator provide a beginning for your journey to paradise. The ground level features an exercise room with a universal gym, recumbent bike, TV with a DVD player, and a half bath. There are indoor and outdoor guest storage closets on this level. Outside, you will find a half bath and two outdoor showers.
The mid-level features three main bedrooms, all with a great view. One of the bathrooms features a wide doorway, a roll-in shower, and a roll-under vanity. There is also a bedroom on this floor with a main bedroom with two built-in Duobunks with extra long twin beds on the top and queen beds on the bottom. It also has a connecting playroom and ocean views. All bedrooms have direct deck access, and all but one have ocean views. The hot tub on the southeast deck just outside overlooks the pool and ocean.
