Surround yourself with style in this standout space that was totally renovated in 2024! Never rented home and close to EVERYTHING the OBX has to offer. The house is located on a quite street in Southern Shores, surrounded by trees yet only one tenth of a mile, approximately 3 minute walk, from your front door to when your toes are in the sand! You can walk or bike to various nearby restaurants, shops, and even the Kitty Hawk Pier!
Walk up a short set of steps to a lower level deck where the main entrance to home is located. The level you enter on has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The bedrooms on this level are two twin beds, one king, one queen. Go up one level to the spacious master bedroom suite located off the kitchen, living room, sunroom and additional half bath all located at this top level. Walk out the slider doors to another deck located on this middle level with propane grill. Go up one more flight of stairs outside to another small deck perfect for privacy and sun bathing on the sun loungers! Outdoor shower located at ground level. BONUS - TV's located in all bedrooms and tons are outdoor furniture scattered throughout the decking for added areas to retreat to!
You will have access to all areas of the home witht the exception of the locked owners closets & garage.

"The house is impeccable. It’s a few minute walk to the beach entrance, and within 15 minutes of absolutely everything you could need. They added some touches that made them stand out to me. Like, a tin of cookies, a few dishwasher pods, some laundry detergent, some toilet paper and paper towels, toiletries. It was lovely and quite welcoming. Highly recommend. The owners are also super kind and responsive."
