This home is a single family attached home. It is connected to our neighbor to the left which is also a single family home. The two homes do NOT share any spaces, entrances, parking, outdoor space, or any amenities.
The garage is equipped with a 220V outlet than can accommodate most EV chargers, so if you drive an EV, feel free to bring your charger and plug into the garage!
This home is professionally managed by Host House LLC, a Ventnor based short term rental manager, ensuring you and your guests are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver.

- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
