Location , location, this villa has it all, the large south facing heated pool backs onto a small lake, enjoy your sundowner as you watch the wonderful sunsets from the outdoor eating area. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with door to the pool, the twin bedrooms (2) share a bathroom. Plenty of bedlinen and an abundance of towels. There is a family room with TV/music/radio with patio doors to the pool, a lounge/ dining room with everything for t formal meals, table and 4 chairs in the large fully equipped dining lanai The swimming pool is electrically heated on request, there are loungers, pool games etc, large garage/ washer, dryer . Situated in a peaceful Nature conservation area the south facing pool backs onto a lake with ducks, turtles we even have 2 friendly peacocks a lovely location with a wealth of activities on the doorstep.
