It has a bright, open layout and a mid-century modern design. Throughout the apartment guests will enjoy brand-new flooring, top-of-the-line appliances, trendy décor, chic light fixtures, comfortable furnishings, and more than enough space as well as privacy.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

Summary: I gave a 5 star review because while there were initially issues with cleanliness, communication and check-in, Hudson with the Boroughs property management company ensured everything was remedied. There are still a couple items that need to be addressed, dishwasher is not attached to frame and falls forward and shower heads need work, one barely moves and the other has water flow problems. There is major construction noise all day and sometimes into the night with a commercial building going up next door until 2027. If you work the night shift be aware. The property area surrounding the building is pretty much unkept. The location and walkability is exceptional. The condo fit our needs. We were there for 28 days. VRBO customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. VRBO system over charged us and VRBO would not provide details of the charges. They told us we had to prove it before they would provide any information even though the receipt in their system showed the total charge and what our card was charged. Two different amounts. Again the Boroughs corrected the issue. In the end we were out all day so the noise wasn’t a problem for us. We enjoyed our stay.
