The Space
Upon entering the Mid-Century inspired home, the space opens into a dining area with a spacious living area directly to your left which is one of two hang-out areas during your stay. The living room has lots of seating and a 55-inch smart TV and electric fireplace (convenient during winter months). The fully stocked and equipped kitchen is just off the dining area. There is a coffee bar with K-cup coffee maker, single serve coffee K-cups, tea bags, and condiments for a quick pick-me-up anytime of the day. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware for your group.
There are a total of four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms located in the home. Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor and all have comfortable Queen size beds. The second bedroom features an office workspace, while the third bedroom features a 43” smart TV. The fourth bedroom is found in the finished basement with sufficient space to accommodate 2 full size beds and includes a laundry area and peach-themed half bath. The laundry includes a washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent pods.
Next to the fourth bedroom is where you find the second hang-out area, the converted garage which serves a theatre room with a 75” 4K Smart UHD TV with soundbar for quality audio and comfy sectional sofa. The theatre room features its own microwave to pop fresh popcorn and a mini fridge to keep your beverages cool and near reach.
If the 5 beds within the home is not enough, the sectional in the living room and sectional in the theatre room can serve as dual sleeping areas in addition to a auto-fill air mattress within the home.
