**Identity Verification, Security Deposit, and Rental Agreement**
For the safety and protection of our guests and property, all bookings require identity verification, a security deposit, and a signed rental agreement.
Requirements:
✔ Guests must be 21+ to book
✔ Identity Verification: You’ll receive an email from Unlock Stays to complete a secure verification process through our third-party provider, ChargeAutomation (Know Your Guest Inc.) prior to check-in.
✔ Security Deposit: A $150 security deposit hold will be placed on your card 2 days before check-in and released within 3 days post-departure, provided there are no damages or losses.
✔ Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
Once these steps are completed, you will have access to your personalized portal and guidebook with essential information, including parking instructions, amenities, and local recommendations. You’ll also have the option to request early or late check-in through the portal.
Failure to complete these steps may result in the cancellation of your booking.

**Security Features: For your peace of mind, our home includes entry sensors and a front door camera. We kindly ask that guests do not tamper with these devices, as they ensure a secure environment. Any tampering will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay.
