Totally Private, quiet water-front cottage with wood burning fireplace and exclusively private 60' Lap Pool(open mid-April to mid- October), large open Pool House and Pier. The nearest residences in the area are far removed from this cottage for a great feeling of seclusion and privacy for cottage, pool, lawns and gardens; all for the exclusive use of the cottage guests. Located between the beautiful villages of Easton and Cambridge, close to Trappe, Oxford and St. Michaels
The space
The main level has a comfortable living room with brick wood burning fireplace and dedicated work space. There is a full screened in porch off the front of the house for relaxing and dining with water views and breezes. The screened Porch doubles the size of the livable space during warm months. Large kitchen with all appliances and amenities, fully equipped with all the best for the gourmet cook. The kitchen has a large farm table and chairs for relaxing and dining while you prepare that meal you never have time to prepare at home. The second floor has two comfortable bedrooms with water views, and a newly renovated bathroom with excellent lighting, wall heater and vent fan. Plush linens, towels, pool towels, and chaises covers are all provided. The pool House has an open seating area and large dining table. We aim to provide a private Luxury Resort experience, but without intrusion of staff or other guests. We comply with Talbot County's zoning that requires a 3 night minimum.

This property is completely private affording guests their own secluded cottage driveway, their own secluded 60' lap pool and pool house/barn exclusively associated with this cottage and not visible from any other residences in the area. There is also covered parking for 4 cars, expansive lawns, gardens and a private beach. There is a shared pier which can accommodate any size boat not drawing over 3'
