Queen bed, spectrum internet and 15-channel cable package, wall-mounted TV that can rotate to watch from bed or sofa. New AC, LVP flooring and sofa in 2025. Full-size washer and dryer added downstairs in 2026. Kitchen has the essentials including coffee maker, toaster and stock pot for your shrimp boil. Outdoor space equal to three rooms -- front and back deck, choose sunshine or shade. Under the house is completely screened in with TV, ceiling fan, couch for a nap, minifridge, and shower with hot and cold water.
In short, the place is small but has everything you need for a cozy couples getaway. The large, comfy sofa provides room for 1 more person, so bring a child or a friend if you want!
