Summary: I have a beautiful clean room with 2 lovely Tommy Bahama beach chairs, which I own at home, they make trips the beach so much easier. When I got there I found the front desk person extra kind and sweet but when I returned to the front desk to tell him my keys didn’t work, the kind and sweet went away. As my weekend went on I felt like this specific man was looking at me oddly with a upset or angry face as I’d pass by him and when I finished checking out I think I over heard them cracking a joke about me to a coworker. I could be paranoid but traveling alone, I need to be extra aware of how people act towards me and around me.
I decline my room being cleaned when I stay at hotels as I like privacy, however on the second day with a very used beach towel I asked the maid who had a full bag of towels, including beach towels (they had a special fabric edge), and was cleaning next door, if I could exchange for a clean one was told I had to go ask the front desk. I didn’t as l got distracted, felt a little uncomfortable and just laid the towel out to dry over night.
Lastly the breakfast was underwhelming, even if it was a continental breakfast. Soda, water, cans of juice, yogurt, with a few granola bars, instant oatmeal and only 2 kinds of random cereal. I expected something just a little more substantial, and it better quality. It looked like an after thought.
Also weirdly the laundry room is only available to guests after 430pm because it’s used by housekeeping

Summary: I just stayed for the room and did activities elsewhere, but the hotel was pretty nice, good shower and beds. There isnt a full breakfast, but thats on the description. The AC is a old model, so it is a little bit more noiser, but cools well (edit: actually looking at the room picture it seems the is a new AC and maybe I used the wrong one,

Free parking and a great budget hotel.

Summary: Everything was amazing. Came here to celebrate some birthdays with my family and this hotel was perfect just for that. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice, and being able to walk down to the beach in less than 5 minutes was fantastic. I will definitely recommend this to people I know going here. I will also come back here again if i am ever back in hawaii

Summary: Great customer service. Steps away from the beach. Rooms have coffee maker, tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also available to use, beach towels and beach chairs. Complimentary waters. Rooms are up to date and clean. Would recommend to all. Rooms are on the smaller side but very comfy and clean.

Summary: Small room in a great location. It was clean and cool. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak.
