Enjoy the double-decker dock 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, & lilypad, or relax on the large landing by the water's edge. The owner will have his boat in the slip but you are welcome to tie your boat up on the side of the dock. You can also bring your jet skis and store in the jet ski slips.
The home has year-round water but note in the winter time due to lower lake levels the gangway will become steep so caution will need to be used November-Mid-March.
