Close to all the attractions - less than 20 minutes to Downtown San Antonio, Riverwalk, Pearl, Alamo, Six Flags and La Cantera. 30 min to Boerne, Canyon Lake and more Hill Country fun.
The space
Large open concept kitchen, dining and family room. Dining table seats 6 plus there are 4 stools at the counter. Natural gas fireplace for chilly nights and a 65'' TV with Roku available to log-in to your streaming service account (Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO, etc.).
Coffee bar with starter supply of regular/decaf coffee, coffee-mate, flavored creamer cups and selection of teas and sweeteners. We have a Chemex pour-over style coffee pot and an electric kettle which makes a great cup of Joe!
All bedrooms are on the first floor including:
The Primary Bedroom (Queen bed) and ensuite bath with separate tub and walk-in shower.
Three secondary bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Queen and 2 Double) share a second full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash stocked in the showers and our favorite hand soap and lotion at the sink. Plenty of soft, clean towels available for all your guests.
Upstairs loft space with second TV and large sectional is perfect for kids to play, relax and stretch out separate from the adults.
Backyard patio has string lights and BBQ grill available for your use. We provide free propane but ask that you please clean the grill after you're done so its ready for the next guest to enjoy.
We are located next to the neighborhood pool, basketball court and playground. Takes less than 1 minute to walk over and enjoy. The pool is open late April - early October and the playground, pavilion and park are open year round. Quiet time there starts at 9pm. There is a basketball for your use in the living room ottoman and the key is hung there too - please remember to return to the same spot when you're done!
Lastly, we have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with starter supply of garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent for your convienence.
Guest access
You have full, private access to our home including all living spaces and backyard. There is one locked supply closet in the primary bathroom.
Other things to note
Please note, we don't have cable TV available but you are able to log-in via our Roku to stream anything you'd like.
For stays longer than 7 nights, cleaning service is available upon request and for an additional fee.
