The electric fireplace will keep you warm and cozy on those chilly nights. Large separate master bedroom with king bed. Bathroom with shower. Newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with microwave.
Lemmon Lodge has lake access with a large private sandy beach for all guests to enjoy along with volleyball, fishing, river, horseshoes, grills, fire pit and great fishing at the "Point" where the River and Lake come together. Swim or put your canoe/kayak in at your private beach.
The property borders Grand Lake - the largest natural lake in Colorado - and the North Inlet River that flows into the lake. Just steps away from your front door is the historic Western town of Grand Lake which features restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and a multitude of activities including golf just 3 miles away.
