Beautiful 2nd floor condo located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Recently updated with granite countertops and tile backsplash in the kitchen and master vanity sink area. All the amenities you could possibly need, along with a cozy gas rock fireplace. Two spacious bedrooms. Master bath, has separate vanity area, then the shower and toilet are in a separate room. Walk in shower, just updated to ceramic tile and glass door. Large screen porch with dining area to enjoy the beautiful private view. Watch the deer make their visit every evening. Small deck off the master bedroom as well. Kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils and dining items that you will need. All stainless steel appliances. Full size washer and dryer. Condo is located all on one floor. Just 6 or 7 short steps up from the carport. Great location with plenty to do and see in the area. Located 15 minutes from the town of Brevard, with it quaint shops and great restaurants. Brevard Music Center is well know for its summer performances every year and sip a beer at the Oscar Blues Brewery located within 5 miles of the condo. Very close to the Pisgah National Forest, with beautiful waterfalls and entry to the Blue Ridge Parkway, with its spectacular views. 40 minutes from Asheville, a true foodie town, with many breweries located nearby. There is almost too much to list as the area is a true haven for privacy and adventure. Please note that due to HOA restrictions, we are only allowed long term rentals (30 days or more). Rates may be adjusted depending on the length of your stay.
