The large, open living room boasts plush furnishings like a new L-shaped sofa with ottoman and two reclining chairs for lounging. Enjoy the view of the impressive floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace while playing a movie on the 65" flat screen TV. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area, allowing easy entertaining.
The kitchen was recently updated with new quartz countertops and a large island with additional seating. The kitchen is equipped to cook the best meals after a long day on the beach—the dining table seats up to 6. The nearby Queen bedroom and full bathroom with shower are perfect for those that need everything on one level.
The floating wood stairs lead you to the loft area where a twin daybed and a papasan chair provide a quiet space to cuddle up with a good book. Located on the same level are two well-furnished bedrooms, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The king bedroom has a desk and a 37" flat screen TV. The large, full bathroom with tub and shower is shared between both bedrooms upstairs. Views of the ocean and wetlands can be seen from the loft area.
Enjoy outdoor living at its finest while you soak in the hot tub overlooking acres of wilderness. The enormous deck is a bird watcher's paradise where you can see many kinds of finches, hawks, bald eagles, and more. You may even catch a glimpse of a coyote or herd of Roosevelt Elk. The outdoor fire pit with seating will surely be a favorite hang out at the end of the day. Bring your dinner outside and grill some delicious salmon steaks while you listen to the roaring surf.
