Summary: Room service was terrible. The buffet breakfast was terrible. I tried to get a blanket because it was cold and the Customer Service rep said that there was nobody working but him and that I would have to come downstairs and get it myself. The sofa was flat to the floor almost like I was sitting on the floor the back the carpet needed to be vacuumed. It was dirty no paper towel in the room. A terrible state would not recommend.
