Designed by renowned architect Tommy Hein, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home effortlessly blends the character of Telluride’s mining heritage with sophisticated mountain luxury.
Set on nearly an acre of private land, the home offers a sense of seclusion while being just minutes from the gondola, golf course, and ski access via a groomed cart path in winter to and from Galloping Goose Trail. Please note: the home is not technically ski-in/ski-out, as it requires a short walk to reach the run. We are happy to provide more detail around this. Inside, you’ll find expansive living spaces framed by reclaimed timber beams, warm brick and steel accents, and floor-to-ceiling windows that invite in the surrounding mountain and forest views.
Each of the four spacious bedrooms includes a private ensuite, creating a comfortable retreat for every guest. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering after a day of skiing or hiking, with a stone fireplace, curated décor, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen that makes entertaining effortless.
Step outside to enjoy the crisp mountain air from the spacious patio or gather around the fire pit beneath a canopy of stars. In winter, the groomed cart path just outside the home is ideal for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing — with snowshoes available in the garage for guest use.
