La Reina Inn is a laid back swim club built for entertaining friends and family. It’s located just south of Palm Springs near the Tennis Garden. The secluded and landscaped backyard features a massive shade pergola, stone privacy wall, heated pool and spa, lounge seating and fire pit, outdoor dining table, ping pong table, putting green, natural gas grill, and bistro lighting. The fully renovated home includes an open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room with a fireplace that is perfect for groups. Four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms provide comfort and privacy.

La Reina is bright and airy featuring high ceilings and skylights, and its design is inspired by the American Southwest and its boutique inns. Our design prioritizes comfort and quality - all of our furnishings, beddings and linens are luxury quality from mattresses and pillows (SweetNight) to sofas (Floyd), lounge chairs (handcrafted in Mexico), and custom lighting. Each bedroom is designed for maximum comfort with hotel quality beddings and thoughtful touches including, smart TVs, luggage racks, closets, bedside tables, dimmable lighting and plug-ins.

La Reina has a fully automated heated pool and spa set in a lush backyard lined with ficus hedges and palm trees, providing a private swim club experience. 3 chaise lounge recliners line the pool and are shaded with adjustable umbrellas. A long outdoor dining table sits under a fully shaded pergola creating the perfect setting any time of day for an outdoor meal cooked on the natural gas grill. Luxurious lounge seating for 8 surrounds a fire pit for chilly desert nights between soaks in the hot tub. An all weather aluminum top, waterproof, outdoor ping pong table and three hole putting green is sure to entertain big and little kids alike.

We provide a starter kit for your stay. This includes towels for the amount of guests allowed at the home, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Further needed items must be purchased yourself.

Safely Damage Waiver: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with $1500 worth of coverage for accidental contents damage or property damage. This means you can vacation with the peace of mind that you wont be unknowingly charged after your check out for minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can file the claim with Safely.

Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon reservation. 50% of there payment is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, the entire reservation amount is due upfront. We cannot change the payment terms and we cannot hold dates without payment.

Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with a NoiseAware volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. Amplified noise or music is allowed outside as long as it is not Quiet Hours. Quiet hours is from 9pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday-Saturday, during which any speakers and all amplified noise is prohibited even if it is coming from inside the home. Any other outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level during Quiet Hours. These are city regulations and we must abide by them to keep our short term rental license. Upon the first notification from NoiseAware of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $500 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy.

Cancellations: Cancellation policy is more flexible for bookings made through our website than for bookings made through VRBO. On VRBO, for any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund. If the reservation is cancelled with 48 hours from booking, you will receive a full refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe as long as check in is more than 30 days away. There is a strict no cancellation policy for all major holidays, major tennis or golf tournaments, and music festivals. Festivals include but are not limited to Power Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.

Pre-Check In Link: You will receive a pre-check in link shortly after booking. Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. You will not have access to the House Manual until the pre-check in link is completed.

1. No parties or events are allowed.

2. As per Bermuda Dunes City Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours is between 9PM - 8AM on weekdays and 10pm-8am on weekends, during which no outdoor speakers or noise amplification is allowed. During Quiet Hours please keep outside noise to no longer than conversational level. Keep in mind these are the same rules that are expected to be followed in a hotel, in which public amenities are closed during quiet hours. If you plan to be loud and boisterous past Quiet Hours please take it inside the home.

3. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25/day for spa heating and $100/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in.

4. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

6. No pets are allowed under any circumstances. A fine of $500 will be imposed for any presence or evidence of pets on the premises.

7. No more than 5 vehicles allowed.

8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.
