Exterior Security Cameras
Exterior cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance, side gate, and backyard for guest and property security. There are no cameras inside the home.
Hot Tub
Use at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised.
• No glass containers.
• Do not change temperature settings or tamper with equipment.
• Do not turn off the jet controls located inside the seating areas.
• Replace the cover after each use.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse.
Pet Policy
• One pet welcome (25 lbs. maximum).
• Pet fee applies.
• Refundable $200 pet deposit collected after booking.
• Pets must be house-trained and may not be left unattended unless crated.
• Guests are responsible for pet-related damages.
Service animals are always welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Routine Maintenance
Occasional lawn care, pest control, hot tub service, or other exterior maintenance may occur during normal business hours. Service providers will not enter the home without notice except in an emergency.
Before You Leave
Please lock all doors and windows, turn off lights and small appliances, place used towels in the bathroom, dispose of trash, secure the hot tub cover, and check for personal belongings.
