Relaxing Getaway

This is your perfect, peaceful getaway. Whether you need a break from the city, want to watch a bald eagle or blue herron fly by, or just want a change of scenery, you will find your beach at the Pike Lake Cozy Cottage.

The home comes equipped with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. A well-appointed outside deck comes complete with a lounge area couch and comfy chairs. The yard boasts a hardscape patio with a dining table, fire pit and lounge chairs for sunbathing or reading a good book. The pier has gliders for relaxing with a glass of wine or casting out a line.

Outdoor Oasis

The fully fenced yard offers privacy for corn hole (provided), sun bathing or dining on the outdoor patio. The long pier extends over 50 ft. into the lake making it perfect for fishing, swimming or hopping in a kayak (two provided) or paddle boarding & exploring.

Outside a new propane grill and charcoal grill is available for use.

Comfort Inside

Inside, each bedroom comes with a comfortable pillow top Queen mattress with crisp clean linens. The kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, a gas range/oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics needed for cooking, including a Keurig coffee maker with K Cups provided.

A stackable washer and dryer is available for guest use as well.

Home has TV's in the living room and main bedroom with Fire TV sticks allowing you to connect Hulu, Netflix, etc. Wifi is provided. Subscription to YouTube TV with 70+ live channels provided.

This house is lakefront and less than 5 minutes from the cottage: downtown Warsaw, grocery stores (Meijer, Wal Mart, Martins and Kroger), plenty of shops, restaurants and more.

Lake and Waterfront
Please note Pike Lake is a "No Wake Lake" / 10mph limit.
Use of the lake and waterfront is at Guests own risk, there is no Lifeguard on duty, or Duty of Care provided by the Manager or Owner. (A rental and waterfront agreement will be transmitted to Guest prior to stay for signature and contains more details about use of the water for recreation and boat launching guidelines.)

Security
The home is equipped with an (unmonitored, monitored for incidents only) outdoor only camera surveillance system. These are for security and privacy purposes, facing out toward the lake, the street and driveway and the rear of the home.

Guests will be required to sign the owners rental agreement prior to their stay
