Very nice, large 1 bedroom, first floor, corner, private condo at almost 700 square feet. Completely redone after Hurricane Sandy. Must see. Block and a half walk to beach and 4 and half blocks from Steve and Cookies on the bay. One off street parking spot and 2 Margate beach tags are included. Our building is meticulously maintained and walking distance to the best restaurants and shops in Margate and Longport, as well as Wawa.
We added a dishwasher in 2023! There is a queen in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the main living area. We supply cooking essentials, cleaning products/vaccum, and paper items for your use. One set of queen bed linens, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel for the bath, and kitchen towels will also be available for your use. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. Please feel free to make requests or inquire about any other needs.
There are hooks outside the entrance to the unit for beach chairs and hoses for rinsing off available in the parking lot. Dumpsters are also available for your trash collection in the parking lot.
We prefer a single rental for the entire summer for $16,000, but can be flexible on dates and rent. Per condo rules all rental must be for a term of at least 30 days.
