Located in the Village and only a very short walk to the Pier, Beach, Lighthouse, Famous Restaurants, Shopping, and the Fun Zone with Pool, Playground and Miniature Golf. Come enjoy this large 1930s eclectic beach house. The expansive living and dining areas are perfect for family gatherings of up to 14 people, yet it is still cozy enough for a smaller group. The VERY large pool, outdoor shower and spacious patio area is 'the spot' for fun in the sun, grilling and entertaining! There is a large screened porch off of one of the upstairs bedrooms that is perfect for quiet time, relaxing with your favorite book or enjoying afternoon cocktails. The well equipped kitchen offers all of your needs and more! The bright sunroom is comfortably arranged for smaller groups, watching TV or playing games. The huge living area is a perfect spot to watch the game or just relax on the comfortable couches.

One block from the tidal beach with private pool. All vacation rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owners preferences. All vacation rental properties have central heat and air and fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, DVD players and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three day minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00am. Rates are subject to change without notice. No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events. Limited Parking spaces. This property allows pets with a nonrefundable pet fee. The beach located within walking distance from this property is tide contingent. There is beach at low tide.
