Beautiful area along the Connecticut shoreline. Only a 15 minute drive to the expanding Tweed New Haven Airport. 20 minutes to the Yale University, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to Times Square, NY. Only 5 minutes to I-95. Amazing shopping complex a half a mile down the road with a lot to offer. 2 amazing restaurants feel down the road from the house. Only a 10 minute drive to the Post Road that has anything you need! Very safe area with friendly, kind people. Only steps to the ocean, it is beautiful being down here any month of the year. Feel free to schedule a time to tour the house any week day we could coordinate from July to October, to see if this would be the right longterm stay for you. Only have old pictures of the inside, but has been kept in check. Just a small living room, kitchen, then 2 small bedrooms upstairs. 1 overviewing the ocean and 1 overview the street. top floor has a full bathroom and the bottom has a bathroom with a shower.
