This tropical themed studio has a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a combination tub/shower, an inside dining table, and chairs and tables on each lanai to dine at. The kitchen is compact, but has the necessary items for food preparation. There is a countertop induction burner, a toaster oven, a single serve coffeemaker, a microwave, a compact refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, a blender.....and various cooking pans, utensils etc. There is also surf board storage, a coin laundry, and a small convenient store on the street level. This building is well maintained and has security . There is elevator access to this 6th floor unit. There is a small pay parking garage in the basement.
