This classic California Spanish style home with golf course view is now on the seasonal/vacation rental market for the first time. Our house is located on the 7th green of the Lakes Nine course in the Bermuda Dunes Country Club which was home of the original Bob Hope Classic for nearly 50 years. Bermuda Dunes borders the cities of La Quinta, Palm Desert, Indio, and Indian Wells, and is a short distance from Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, and not too far from going into downtown Palm Springs.
The house was built with classic use of archways both inside and out. This 3100 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is very quiet as it is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac. The Master Bedroom has a new king bed, tv, ceiling fan, ample closet and cabinet space and opens to the backyard with private seating area. The second Master is on the other side of the house and also has a king bed, tv, ceiling fan and opens to the patio. This makes it great setup for two couples. A third bedroom also has a king bed, ceiling fan and no common wall to other bedrooms.
The living room has a large L-shaped couch, chairs, big double-sided gas fireplace and new 70" TV with HBO and Showtime. There is also an adjoining den with sitting area and piano. The dining room has a beautiful handmade marble table with new chairs.
In addition to the top-end Viking appliances, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking supplies for preparing and accommodating cooking everything from snacks to formal feasts.
There is an attached two car garage, golf cart garage with direct golf course cart access, high speed internet, weekly pool and gardener and dual AC system.
