We are located in the beautiful, gated community of Stonedge at Troon North, and just 8 miles from the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Our home includes access to the heated Stonedge community pool and spa and the onsite clubhouse of Troon North Golf Club and it's 2 renowned 18 hole golf courses (just .5 mile from the condo). Our condo is tucked at the end of the street, leading into a private drive and backs up to the protected green lands for added privacy. This 2 split master bedroom condo boasts one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath and gorgeous, unrestricted views of Pinnacle Peak and freestanding boulders. The second master bedroom boasts a king bed, large master bath, and amazing views of the sunset against the mountains. We have an upstairs laundry room, fully stocked kitchen, main floor half bath, and living room and kitchenette eating area. There are no steps in the house besides the main staircase. We include all bed linens, bath linens, and well equipped kitchen items, including small appliances. This home was remodeled in 2019. While here enjoy a day of soaking up the sun, hiking, golfing, shopping, or just enjoying a lazy day at the condo. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment venues within a 10-15 minute drive. TVs is offered in the living room via Netflix and Hulu. The back patio seats 4 comfortably.
