Positive: Clean, great location, cordial staff. Lots of fun activities.

Negative: Basics are an issue - coffee machine broken, hair dryer broken. No coffee available anywhere but at Starbucks. Why would you want people to force guest to buy coffee when you charge 300 a night? Also - we were there for 4 days and no room service even once.

Summary: Margaritaville is a degrade from the La Torretta resort it used to be. Charges like a premier resort but facilities are
