The main floor also features a formal living room, office, and great room kitchen. Freshly painted in multiple rooms, and the kitchen appliances are less than two years old, including a brand new dishwasher and never used refrigerator. Upstairs you'll immediately notice an abundance of light from the many windows with fabulous views of the mountains. The upstairs rec room is large and open, ready for you to make it your own playroom.
The space
LOCATION: The location is very convenient and close to Meadowood Mall. We are 10 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes to Mount Rose, 17 minutes to downtown Reno, and 38 minutes to Lake Tahoe. There are many restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and entertainment within a few minutes of walking distance from the home.
LIVING/DINING:
We have 3 new comfortable leather sofa in main living area with 75 inches Wall Mounted TV. There are 2 dining tables to accommodate 22 guests next to the Fireplace and TV in dinning room/kitchen. There are 4 more bar sitting to accommodate a large group. We provide live channels through our 75" Smart TV by accessing YouTube and Netflix TV.
ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Our kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, Keurig, blender, pots/pans, silverware & knives, plates, coffee cups, glasses, grilling utensils, and wine glasses. We provide linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, and hand soaps. We also provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. A CVS is nearby (15 minutes’ walk) if you need additional items for your stay.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: All Beds have comfortable new mattresses.
BEDROOM 1: This upstairs spacious Master Bedroom has a king size new Diamond contour Euro top mattress bed. There is master bathroom with bathtub and standalone shower with his and her sinks. There is also a very spacious walk-in closet with his and her sides attached.
BEDROOM 2: This downstairs master bedroom has a queen size new CASPER memory foam mattress over trundle queen bed. This room can sleep 2. It also a large closet and full bathroom attached.
BEDROOM 3: This upstairs bedroom has a queen size new CASPER memory foam mattress over trundle queen bed. This room can sleep 4. It also a large closet attached.
BEDROOM 4: This upstairs bedroom has a queen size new CASPER memory foam mattress over trundle queen bed. This room can sleep 4. It also a large closet attached.
BEDROOM 5: This upstairs bedroom has a queen size new CASPER memory foam mattress over trundle queen bed. This room can sleep 4. It also a large closet attached.
Family Room: This spacious family room has a trundle pull out for two twin size beds. There is a wall mounted TV and plenty of room for games.
Office: This room is located downstairs. It has long built in office desk and office cabinets. In addition it has a full over trundle bed, and a twin bunked. This room can sleep 4.
Laundry Room: There is a laundry room with new washer and dryer downstairs close to the garage.
Garage: There is a Ping Pong/Table Tennis table in the garage and ping pong racquets and ping pong balls are provide
Outdoor: Outdoor picnic table is provided. BBQ Gas Grilled will be provided for Spring and Summer starting April 2022.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all parts of the house except the three locked owner’s closets inside the house. Garage can accommodate three cars and two additional cars in the driveway. If needed, there are parking spaces on the street. Please do not park your car in front of our neighbor’s house. If needed, you can park in front of our house or across the street in front of the mailbox.
Other things to note
Note: There is now a zero-tolerance policy for visitors holding parties within the community. Guests will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement and will forfeit their deposit money if this occurs.

We aim for our guests to feel safe and comfortable during their visits! **
