Positive: The size of suite was nice,location decent.

Negative: 1)Master bedroom patio screen is ripped on handle side. 2) 1/2 bath toilet The flapper in the tank doesn't seal, so the tank is constantly refilling, so you hear it draining and running all the time. #3 hot tub need work the inside was Falling apart and the head rest constantly falls off. #4. World class roof top pool on 27th floor. Yea, right, small, falling apart, and view sucks. I think it's one of the worst pools in Waikiki Beach. Views from Oceanview penthouse suite 2801 was great and location is good but for the money I know you can find something that is cheaper, better pool and walk right out to beach. 2nd bedroom the door trim that holds the glass in is coming apart. Glass will fall out . The small tile on the wall behind the couch just fell off the wall.
