Our Home Sweet Home 1B/1B with a pullout couch is centrally located in St. Pete right between the famous Gulfport Beach (9 mins), the Historic Downtown (11 mins), and St. Pete Beach (15 mins). With a very open layout and plenty of space, our unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and still have enough room and sunlight pouring in for everyone to feel relaxed! Have pets? No problem! Our pet friendly rental has a whole backyard for your pups and plenty of quiet streets for morning walks!
The Space:
Note, we require both a signed rental agreement and incidentals agreement prior to check-in. This includes having a valid credit card on file.
Our 500 Sq Ft 1 bed, 1 bath vacation rental comes with an additional bed in the form of a pullout couch making it a very accommodating 1b/1b in central St. Petersburg! Out front you have a shared quiet backroad, great for walking the dog or throwing the football! Upon entering the front door you walk into the open-layout kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all appliances including a huge, stainless steel fridge. Whether your the home chef or just in the mood for whipping up a quick meal, the kitchen has all the necessary supplies! In addition, we offer complimentary coffee with our coffee maker including cream and sugar and all the cooking supplies!
Off of the kitchen is the living with a family-sized dining room table to the left. Whether you just want to cook in, host guests, or enjoy any of the local restaurant take-out options, this is the spot for it. Open like the kitchen and nicely decorated, the dining room also makes your stay feel like home!
The living room is to the right. There's a large pullout couch, great for an additional guest or couple, and coffee table. There's plenty of morning sunlight and it opens right up to the quiet courtyard for fresh air day or night.
The master bedroom is just off the living room and finished with a queen bed facing it's own 55-inch SMART TV. The room is stylishly decorated and has all the pillows and blankets you could ever need! Attached to the bedroom is the bathroom with a walk-in, tiled shower and even some morning sunlight!
The unit receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING right before and after any stay. This includes vacuuming and mopping every square inch of the floor, meticulously wiping down and sanitizing every counter, cabinet, shelf & crevice, and thoroughly cleaning the bathroom, mirrors, windows, and every single door handle until spotless. The team then walks through and double cleans if necessary.
Complimentary FREE WIFI AND FREE PARKING (street & off-street when available) on the property! Also FREE WASHER/DRYER access on property (while there, we do NOT guarantee that the washer/dryer will be available during your stay and we do not issue refunds if it's unavailable for any reason)!
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.
As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.

PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental. We allow up to 2 dogs (unless directly permitted). Guests need to add both pets to their reservation in advance. If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised.
As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $5.50 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!
