From the moment you enter the newly furnished home you will be struck by the inviting spaces and attention to the smallest details that we hope will make your stay memorable. On the main floor you will find formal living and dining rooms, an expansive fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable family room with big screen TV. There is also one bedroom on the main floor that includes a king bed and separate sitting room with pull out sofa.
Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, and balcony with fire pit. There are also three additional bedrooms-one queen, one with queen and triple twin bunks (sleeps 5) and the last has two triple full sized bunks (sleeps 6-12). There is also a huge game/media room with pool table, sectional and big screen TV.
The outside is the crown jewel of this house though! Besides amazing views of the golf course, you will find a putting green, sparkling pool and sunken fireplace area with tons of seating. There are no shortage of places to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunshine!

This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.
The spas and pools in Arizona are not plumbed separately unless the spa is a stand alone, therefore when spa heat is on pool heat is not. We are able to heat the pool to temp and then switch to spa heat during your use and then switch back to pool heat overnight.
