The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances. A Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional coffee maker, an air popcorn maker, a crockpot are all included in the condo. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping easy and provides additional counter seating for 3. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
