Puu lani ranch is a community of about 150 homes all on a 1 acre minimum lot size. The community amenities of pickleball tennis and basketball courts are available to the guests. We are a gated community about 30 minutes from Kailua Kona and 30 minutes from the beach, Makani golf course is just across the street from us. Puu Lani ranch is at 2100 feet elevation and surrounded by nature from all sides ,Puu Waawaa forest reserve is next door with hiking trails. Our property is coqui frogs free making the nights very quiet.
