The Custom Hutch houses a Coffee Bar complete with filtered water, Drip and K-Cup coffee makers, Coffee Press and an Ice Maker. The spacious kitchen and den look out to the pool through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that allow you to easily view the canopy of trees, water feature, and the kids swimming in the pool!
