Set back 400 ft. from the street, this modern territorial home features an expansive great room with soaring ceilings and full height gas fireplace. Split floorplan with private master suite to the right. Both the Den/Office and large Guest Bedroom to the left with adjacent bath.
Touch to open the power roller shades and enjoy the full-width views to the west towards the 35 square mile preserve. Just around the corner is a private entrance to the preserve for hiking or mountain bike riding.
Outdoors on both sides (east and west) are expansive patios with porcelain wood look tile, lots of cushy seating, multiple tables, one seating 6, and a stainless gas grill. Landscape is desert themed and includes dramatic automated night lighting. There is a gas fired firepit with sitting wall to enhance the outdoor enjoyment.
The modern kitchen has large granite counters, bar seating, generous alder wood cabinets and is fully stocked with preparation essentials. All primary doors in the home match the cabinetry, solid wood.
The great room includes Natuzzi real leather recliner sofa, love seat and Danish teak entertainment center. The wall mounted 65" OLED 4K tv and potent surround sound system will impress. There is streaming and cable programming for TV, movies and music. Plus BluRay player if you like that option (DVD selection on hand to explore.)
The office features a large teak desk, a second light oak desk, wall mounted 55" TV. It is decorated with an extensive collection of ship portholes and maritime memorabilia.
Enjoy the large laundry/mud-room with full sized HE washer and dryer. There are two parking spaces available in the three-car garage (extensive workshop is in the third single bay.) There are 4 full sized desks in the home, plus ample work tables in the shop. But I say: it's time to PLAY!
