We have secured your Parking Pass and Building/Amenities Access Key, which provide entry to all main access points, including:
- Garage access from the 1st floor
- Main lobby front entrance (1st floor)
- Laundry room (1st floor)
- 2nd floor double doors (located above the ramp, providing access to the second elevator)
Please place the Parking Permit on your front dashboard so it is clearly visible through the windshield at all times. Vehicles without a visible permit are subject to towing.
Important:
Building Access Key – $150 replacement fee if lost (per association policy)
Parking Permit – $100 replacement fee if lost (per association policy)
- Both the Building Access Key and Parking Permit will be located inside the condo upon your arrival.
- The second-floor garage elevator can be accessed without a key; however, the condo door will remain locked. To enter the unit, please use the access code on the keypad at the condo door.
We will send your access code as soon as our housekeeping team has completed cleaning.
