"Well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with lots of relaxation space. Private pool with optional electric heat overlooking freshwater canal. A spacious Great Room has an open floorplan to the formal dining, kitchen and nook area. The master bedroom has a king bed and French doors to the pool deck and the en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and sliders out to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. The family bathroom has a tub with shower over. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The home has satelite in the great room and all bedrooms; telephone and hi-speed internet service. A fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave; and a laundry room with washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are included. The extended deck has a 28 foot pool with optional electric heat. The covered lanai contains a patio table with 6 chairs and 4 chaises as well as a gas barbecue.
