This updated townhouse, located on 16th St just one block from the beach and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, is a relaxing getaway the whole family will enjoy! Sunburst 110 is a beachy, three-level, three-bedroom townhouse close to all of the downtown attractions. Recently constructed in 2014, this 1,300-square-foot property is located super close to the many shops, restaurants, and daytime and nightlife activities that the area offers. Updated features abound in every room, such as the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a long breakfast bar with three barstools. Kick back in the adjoining living room to watch a good movie or ballgame on the flatscreen TV, or step outside onto the balcony overlooking Philadelphia Ave the perfect place for watching classic cars during Cruisin' Ocean City or Endless Summer Cruisin'.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
