A king bedroom suite with stand up shower and garden tub. Massive his and her closets for long stays. Second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom just off the bedroom with a tub/shower combo. Lower level, with separate outside entrance, has a glassed in sitting area with television overlooking the water plus a large room with a queen bed, exercise equipment and a twin bed. Also a full bathroom with stand up shower. The entire home, upstairs and down is included, but each has privacy due to each have separate entrances. Home comes with pots, pans, eating utensils etc. plus all the linens blankets and towels you need. Laundry room has washer and dryer with detergent. Home comes with kayaks a paddle board, plus paddles and life jackets for all ages. Perfect for paddling the crystal clear Weeki Wachee. Manatees and Dolphins are frequently seen from the porch of the home. Fishing off the dock is very good, Crab, Mullets, Snook, Redfish, Snapper as well as Bass. Feel free to dock your boat at the home. The river access is just downstream from the hot dog barge and upstream from hospital hole.
