Welcome to our "Enchanted" home in Surprise. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is bright, cheerful, and super cozy.
As you enter the home, you will go down the hall into the open floor plan. The living area is painted in a beautiful vibrant color featuring a brown leather L shaped couch ready to sink into. There is plenty of lighting from the lamps as well as the ceiling fan/light combo. There is also a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, and a phone with a land line.
The kitchen is off the main living area and flows perfectly. Beautiful wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and even a wine mini fridge complete this open kitchen. There is a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools for excess seating.
The dining area looks out to the backyard oasis and has plenty of space around the stone top table with 2 benches and 2 end chairs.
The 2 guest bedrooms that are located to the left of the entrance both feature queen size beds, nightstands with lamps, and cozy bedding.
The master bedroom is located in the back of the house with views of the backyard and pool area. It has a king size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser with a flat screen TV with cable.
The backyard is outdoor living at its finest! There is a private pool, a relaxing spa, and a pergola covered patio poolside. Love to grill? There is a built in barbecue ready for your steaks. This home will definitely allow plenty of relaxation or wow your guests for entertaining.
This home is just minutes from the Surprise Spring Training Facility, The University of Phoenix Stadium, West Gate Shops, Tanger outlet mall and so much more. You will love the location of this home.
