Spread out and enjoy some relaxation time at Tims Ford Lake! Our lake home is 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, and will sleep 12 people in beds (and more on couch beds). Enjoy lake views from the sunroom, which features a cozy sectional, skylights, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. It’s the perfect room for playing board games, reading, bird watching, enjoying the views, or taking a nap. The 2 story living room features a sectional sofa with reclining chairs and a massive 3D 90” TV with sound bar & subwoofer. It’s the perfect room for watching the game or a movie! Head downstairs to enjoy the game room featuring a pool table and tons of board games. The dock sits on year-round water, so you can enjoy fishing year-round! Outside you’ll find a basketball court, cornhole, and firepit area overlooking the lake. Our family loves enjoying s’mores by the firepit under the sting of charming outdoor lights! The house is well appointed with everything you’ll need to cook-in, including a gas grill, charcoal grill, smoker, crockpot, and a double oven. It is conveniently located to Kroger, Walmart, and Tullahoma & Winchester. There is so much to do in the area including hiking trails, drive-in movie, farms, horseback riding, museums, and distillery tours of Jack Daniels & George Dickel. In the summer, there are tons of watersports, boat & jet ski rentals, and we have several floats, a paddleboard, and a kayak for swimming off the on-site dock. *We can now help you rent a pontoon boat for your stay. They will deliver to our dock, so you can just jump on & head out. Weekend & Weekly Rates available.
