If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 3rd day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.
A Note from the Owner:
One of Elua's most desirable upper floor one bedroom, two full bath, ocean view condos has a high vaulted ceiling and open floor plan which provides an open airy feeling. After purchasing in 2015, we completely redecorated our condo down to the last detail and furnished it in a contemporary Hawaiian vibe. Our home features new native hardwood furniture throughout, a California King bed in the en-suite master bedroom and a queen-sized Murphy bed wall unit in the living room, large flat-screen TVs and a large lanai with all new deck furniture. Enjoy a modern chef’s kitchen with granite counter tops, bamboo cabinetry and new dishes and flatware. An over-sized air conditioning unit was just installed in 2016, along with new ceiling fans. After a day of adventure you can enjoy the ocean sunset from the lanai and an evening exploring the large DVD, CD, book and game collection.
Wailea Elua Village is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months.
