Come relax and enjoy a getaway at the lake! Absolutely breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous views all the way around our cottage that has both lakefront and channel front.

There are lots of outdoor (and indoor) activities to enjoy like paddle boarding, fishing, lawn games, having a fire, board games, and of course jumping in the lake! With North Webster only being a few minutes away, the activities are endless.

THE SPACE

OUTSIDE:
Our backyard and lake access offers so much. You can go paddle boarding, have a fire, fish off the dock, play some lawn games, use our floaties and tie up to the dock, or even hang out on the deck. There is also a public sandy beach access 2 doors down on the lake, as well as a nice knee high swim area right in front of the cottage. The dock facing the lake can be used for docking a rented boat.
There is plenty of parking for registered guests only.

LIVING ROOM:
The main living area opens up to beautiful views of the lake. Here you will also find a mounted & movable TV with an Amazon Fire Stick which has Netflix/Hulu on it (and any other apps you can find). There are also lots of card & board games to play.
The couch folds out to a queen sized bed with linens and pillows underneath. There is also a giant bean bag; feel free to move it into the main living room area :)
The dining table seats 6.
There is a little breakfast nook located right between the main living area and the kitchen. This has a little round table and seating for 4, and is like a small sun room.

BEDROOMS:
The 2 bedrooms have queens in both of them with fresh linens. Both bedrooms have closet space for any clothing storage you need. The back room (breezeway) has a trundle bed that hosts 2 twins (this back room has no vents in it for central air, however there is a ceiling fan and a heater). And don't forget, the couch in the living room turns into a queen sized bed with linens and pillows underneath

KITCHEN:
The kitchen space has all the usual amenities for extended stays. This includes things like:
Keurig (with K Cups), Waffle Maker
Fridge, Oven/Stove, Microwave, Toaster
Cooking Utensils and Silverware/Plates/Bowls
Pots/Pans/Cooking Sheets
Dishwasher & Trashcan with bags
Cleaning supplies
Fire extinguisher under the sink
If there is something specific you are looking for, just ask and we'll let you know if it is provided.
Again, this cottage is something that we use all the time. You will find various items in the fridge and in the cupboards. Feel free to use the condiments, and spices as needed!

BATHROOMS:
The bathroom has a shower with Towels/Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash, as well as other things you may have forgotten like contact cases/toothbrushes. The half bath has a toilet, as well as a washer and dryer. Again, if there is something specific you are looking for, just ask and we'll let you know if it is provided.

GARAGE:
The Garage is a space we don't often get the chance to fully clean out. However, there are lots of fun things you have access to, like the floaties, cornhole and other yard games, charcoal BBQ, and fishing poles. No parking is available in the garage.

Other things to note
This space is our family cottage and is something we use frequently and work hard to keep neat and tidy. We expect our guests to respect it in the same manner as we do.

RULES:
- Sunset Point Cottage is not for parties or events. Guests are limited to the people listed in the reservation, unless separate arrangements are made to make sure your plans align with acceptable use. Out of respect for the residential community and our neighbors, this is not intended to be a party house.
- Must be 25 years old or older to book. All guests must agree to our house rules prior to booking. Please take time to review them in advance and let us know if you have any questions that you would like to discuss before your arrival.
- Absolutely no smoking inside the house.
- No Pets allowed.
- There will be absolutely no use of our boat that is docked at the channel side of the cottage.
- No shoes permitted throughout the cottage. We provide slippers for that!
- Use of our alcohol located at the bar, or back fridge is prohibited. However, we may provide a nice welcoming gift containing a beverage for you :)
- Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the furnishings.
- Please take the garbage out when you leave (Garbage cans are located on the driveway by the fence).
- Please lock all doors before you leave.

There is a smart doorbell, which includes a security camera for everyone's safety.
