The Back Porch is 350 square feet divided between a separate bedroom/bath area and the Living room/TV/Kitchenette area. There is a full porch, 7 feet wide by 22 feet long facing the Greenway.
There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom AND a Queen size Futon bed in the Living Room with kitchenette (No Oven). Perfect for a small family.
The futon bed doubles as sitting space while watching TV. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom (minimal storage area).
Florida Green-way is located Immediately behind property. The Florida Green-way is available for hiking and hose back riding (non-motor travel).
Check out the Tubing, Kayaking and scuba opportunities on the rainbow river, just minutes away.
Numerous hiking, bike and horse trails on the Florida Cross barge channel and other nature preserves. Some with access directly from the property or within 2-4 miles.
Numerous antique shops in Dunnellon and many more within 30-45 minutes.
Two public boat ramps, on the Withlacoochee river within 15 - 20 minutes.
Crystal River and Yankee town on the Gulf of Mexico just 30 - 35 minutes away.

LONGER STAYS:
For stays over two weeks we offer and require a mid term cleaning. Every 14 days we will, at our expense, perform a general housecleaning of the property. We will schedule this with our guest prior to our mid term cleaning.
PETS:
1. The dog(s) must be well behaved, TRAINED, Not puppies.
2. Pet Must REMAIN on a leash while outside - Must pick up your Dogs Poop. :>)
3. If left alone, the pet(s) MUST be in a Kennel.
4. A Verified service pet is always welcome.
The yard is fenced but NOT to contain your dog.
