Built in 1903 and rich in history, this 122-year-old building is on the National Register of Historic Places and has a lot of history and ambiance to share. From surviving the Great Flood of 1937, to entertaining Paducah natives Vice-President Alben Barkley and humorist Irvin S. Our 3-story event center hosts all sorts of occasions from private weddings, anniversaries and celebrations to public music concerts and themed three-course dinners. The private bedrooms are located in the loft on the 3rd floor, providing a beautiful, elevated view of downtown Paducah. Comfortably reflecting the grandeur of a bygone era, with 14-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, plaster walls, and expansive double-hung windows, the space is sure to delight.
The Apartment Lounge and Kitchen are located on the 2nd floor and are a pass-through to reach the private loft bedrooms on the 3rd floor.
Two full bathrooms are located on the 3rd floor among the bedrooms. 1 full bathroom adjacent to Bedrooms 1 & 2 and 1 full bathroom adjoining Bedroom 3.
Additionally, a pair of venue restrooms are located in the hallway just outside of the Apartment entrance on the 2nd floor that are also available to you.
